1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Velocity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Artur Abramskij.
2. One-Time Purchase & License
Velocity is sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license for the specific version purchased. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the codebase for your own projects. You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or open-source the codebase itself as a standalone product.
3. Refund Policy
Since Velocity is a digital product consisting of downloadable source code, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted, as the product cannot be "returned." Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as described.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Velocity or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms generally be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
